Stellite Saw Blades - ST series
Stellite Saw Blades – ST series of various dimensions from high quality Swedish steel and Stellite, for your thin cutting frame saw. Thin Cutting Saw Blades are used for thin cutting both kinds of wood – hard and soft. The geometry of blade edge is adjusted individually according to the use of a Stellite Saw Blade.
The feature of these Stellite Saw Blades is an „alternately set“ tooth. The designation ST comes from the English term Set Tooth, i.e. alternately on the left and right side set tooth. In this patented saw blade design, the stellited tooth is alternately under-grinded.
In average the Stellite Saw Blades ST can be sharpened 8 – 12 times and it depends on required kerf as well on the frame saw & sharpening machine operator. Depending on the load of the blade, we recommend to adjust the blade pre-tension by rolling.
