During the week of the upcoming NWFA Wood Flooring Expo, Ogden Group would like to invite you to an open house at our Matthews manufacturing facility. Our plant is located just 20 minutes from the Charlotte Convention center (see address below). We will be featuring equipment demonstrations and production tips that will optimize and improve your flooring manufacturing process. This is a great opportunity to discuss your individual manufacturing needs with our engineers or to gain insight into the industry’s newest technology.
Demonstrations will feature the following Machinery:
PUR Flooring Press:
With Drum melter, Glue applicator, and Roll feed press.
Thin-Cutting Frame Saw:
Saw for cutting veneer slats. Setup for running 5 channels (5 boards at once).
Saw Blade Grinders:
NBS82 – Grinder used to sharpen Frame Saw Blades and Band Saw Blades (up to 4” wide)
NBS301 – Grinder used to sharpen Band Saw Blades (up to 12” wide)
NBS800 – Grinder used to sharpen Circular Saw Blades
Vertical Press
For Static Pressing of Engineered Flooring
We will welcome visits throughout the day, Tuesday through Friday, April 15th – 17th, but will also be open for visits, each evening from 5:00 – 7:30 pm. If you prefer a different date, just let us know.
